冰雪之地的守望者

贡嘎蓝冰洞在祥格拉冰川附近，从尼屋沿G349国道转入普玉一村就可以看到村民的山地摩托车队，向导仁青冲果带我进入了蓝冰洞。A child of the frozen era, stands as the silent guardian of this icy world. His presence, while solitary and resolute, reflects the deep connection between his people and the harsh but beautiful landscape. 萨普之夜

风光摄影已经六年了，今年四月第一次见到萨普神山，第一次就让我见到了月照金山时刻，激动得忘记了深夜可能会有黑熊出没，左脚踏空踩进了水里也不觉得寒冷，这种神圣宁静的美，只有在现场才能体会到。 In the quiet of the night, I rise, To the mountain's shadow, beneath starry skies. Cold winds whisper, the moon descends, Casting light where the earth and sky blend. The peaks of Sapri glow with grace, Touched by the moon’s soft embrace. In the stillness, I feel divine, As the mountain's spirit intertwines with mine.

雪中绽放-尼屋的春天

西藏嘉黎县尼屋乡盛开的桃花有着空灵之美，桃花在覆盖着春雪的青稞田间绽放，宛如冬末春初的奇妙融合，这是广袤青藏高原的希望与重生。

你走到哪儿，它便安静地跟你到哪儿，山神俯视它，它便默默凝视神山，傍晚或是清晨，去萨普的摄影师应该都认识它了。

萨普风云

刚结束西藏之行，这是我第一眼见到心心念念的萨普神山，给了我莫大的惊喜，就先从风云变幻开始吧。

我见雪山三怙主

西藏昌都市边坝县地处念青唐古拉山南麓，平均海拔3500米，最高海拔达5500米以上。探秘藏东G349，“冰雪巨龙”祥格拉冰川位于边坝县普玉村西南约三公里处，是怒江上游支流的主要水源。清晨到达这里，藏东南的雪山三怙主安静神秘，在藏传佛教中，将观世音菩萨、文殊菩萨与金刚手菩萨，并称为“三怙主”，怙主（藏语：མགོན་པོ），即依怙主，又译贡保、贡布、贡波、刚布，藏传佛教之中意为“护卫（即护法）”。其称谓来源于印度教。怙主常用来作为对佛教成就开悟的修行者的敬称，也是常见的藏文名字之一。
